1. Three different ways to close a process, as the “termination request”, the standard “forced termination” with dialogue tolerance, and the “forced termination” of any type of process, bypassing all permissions (it can also terminate running system processes).

2. DTaskManager allows you to suspend and reactivate a process (as in Linux). This is useful, for example, to temporarily suspend a task that uses system resources when you don’t want to terminate it (such as a DivX encoding process).

3. DTaskManager allows you to select more than one process at a time, and terminate all of them “simultaneously”.

4. DTaskManager does not need any useless confirmation.

1. Options like Freeze and Suspend Task provide the ability to stop a process  that’s taking too much resources and resume it later.
2. Find Target File finds the file associated with the process
3. Trim RAM Usage and Trim RAM Usage to all processes trims the RAM used by a process in former and trims the RAM to all processes in the Latter option.

• Defrag & Optimize: This feature defragments and intelligently organises drive data for maximum program performance and long-lasting data contiguity. But it might take a long time to defragment.

Why?

Pros: The AutoDefrag feature makes it really usefull as you don’t have to remember to defragment your hard drive. Your system idle time is optimized and used effectively, thus providing you a faster system….

Cons: Am really very scepticial about the Defrag & Optimize option. Alos the reports made buy it never ask me to use it. No information is provided about what it does and how much boost one gets over normal option.
